Tuition and Fees

Unconditional Tuition Obligation

Parent(s) / Guardian, understand that the enrollment obligation for the full academic year is unconditional and that no portion of the year’s tuition or fees so paid or outstanding will be refunded or cancelled in the event of absence, withdrawal, or dismissal of the student from Southwinds Christian Academy. Parent(s) / Guardian agrees to assume unconditional
responsibility for the full annual tuition and fees and the costs of collection thereof.

K4/K5 3-day (Tues, Wed, Thurs)

$4500 annual*

*Upon acceptance to SCA, the family enters into a contract and agrees to pay the full amount of tuition owed regardless of the student continuing enrollment at SCA.

1st-5th Grade (Mon-Thurs)

$6600 annual*

6th & 7th Grade (Mon-Thurs)

$6800 annual*

*Upon acceptance to SCA, the family enters into a contract and agrees to pay the full amount of tuition owed regardless of the student continuing enrollment at SCA.

Payments

Tuition payments are paid through Gradelink. Tuition not paid in full may be separated into 10 monthly payments. The first payment must be paid before the first day of school. Subsequent payments must be auto-drafted by the 15th of each month. Parents must setup the auto draft feature during enrollment.

Discounts

SCA offers the following tuition discounts*:

• 5% for payment of full annual tuition (must be paid before 1st day of school)
• 5% discount for second student (discount applied to lowest annual tuition amount)

*Discounts may not be combined nor applied to pro-rated tuition

Registration

  • $260
  • $210 – returning students only if paid by February 15

Testing

  • $60 New Students Only

Registration fees are non-refundable; testing fees are non-refundable if the child has already tested.

Book fees & other fees

K4/K5 (3 day) – $240 per student
1st – 5th Grade  – $410
6th & 7th Grade –  $420

Book fees, registration fees and testing fees are all due by the end of July before school starts.

After school care is available from 3:45-5pm

After school is available from 3:45-5pm. Parents arriving after 4:45pm will be charged an extra $1 per minute per student.
